There's been a couple times where it would handy to go back and read mission debriefs for completed levels.

🎯 Problem It Solves

This comes up if you accidentally bypass a mission debrief, whether that be from getting to the end too soon or hitting an incorrect button like an arrow key (which, BTW, ends the debrief).

💭 Proposed Solution

Add an option in the main menu to see completed mission debriefs
