Point size and point opacity have large values than 0 to 100range

When changing the point opacity and size values from the slider, the current value becomes larger than the 0 to 100 range.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Publish a decimal action.
2. Connect another decimal action to it.
3. Then the ranges become corrupt.
