Sidebar drawer

• The button to open and close the sidebar on narrow aspect ratios needs some work
  • it's just static absolute and needs to dynamically resize
• on mobile/narrow aspects sidebar should probably close once someone selects a new area/page
• esc key should not close sidebar on desktop view
