Deploy a new version to production

Figure out why

• the enrich container version in production is one minor version behind
• the ui container version is 10 minor versions behind

It seems the version of the app has been updated manually because something broke with the helm deployment (a name upgrade issue). Removing the helm deployment risks deleting the persistent volume because it was deployed with maayanlab docker-compose helm chart.

We probably need to fix the docker-compose not to create the invalid name and/or somehow upgrade it to kube-compose.
