Welcome. CTRL-FORGE exists because chat history is not durable project memory, and the excuse "the AI forgot" gets old fast.

What this is: a repo with two folders that never mix -- forge/ (the system, you do not edit it) and mine/ (your projects and settings, the Forge never touches it). One small agent, the Librarian, knows where things go and writes a handoff before it stops.

A few ground rules for this space:

• Ideas category: recommendations and feature requests. Upvote what you want to see.
• Q&A: how-to questions.
• Show and tell: how you adapted the Librarian or your project structure -- we want to see it.
• Bugs go in Issues, not here.
• Never post private project data. This is a public space -- your mine/ folder should never leave your own repo.
