Project manager redesign

Bug Description

Current project manager dialog is difficult to look at. This gets worse when viewing the project manager outside of the landing page.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click Get Started from the Landing page
2. Otherwise, click Manage Project from any other page

Expected Behavior

It should look nicer :)
