what happened was kind of complex but

• 25m wait. 5 gives tanyao sanshoku (enough to overtake 1st) while 2 gives tanyao nomi (not enough)
• tsumogiri 2m, now you're in furiten
• someone calls riichi, adding 1000 to the pot
• tsumo on 2m for tanyao nomi, but the 1000 makes it enough to overtake 1st

basically that should be a skill
