[Bug]: Delayed live chat message?

Describe the bug

Is it normal for messages to take up to a few seconds so send and show in the live feed?

Steps To Reproduce

1: Go to any live stream
2: type anything
3: hyperchat will take a second or two
4: after waiting, message will show in live chat feed

Expected behavior

Cause from normal default live chat, sending messages usually are immediate, only taking a few seconds if you have horrible internet.
