Ubuntu chroot fails to start

not really sure what i did wrong here but heres the termux output:

no worries this also happened to me when i was new to stuff like this but i suppose its a bit common.
you can fix this by changing the permission of the $PREFIX/tmp directory you can run this in a regular terminal window not inside the chroot terminal

chmod 777 $PREFIX/tmp

and restart the script.
if you encounter permission issues you may use root privileges to change.
gotta add this to the guide specifically for more convenience.
