After logout OS installation bricked.

I am using pop os. Amd gpu and cpu.

After installing and trying live web my two monitors did not change the background but some weried cropping of the old background.
Decided to logout it could apply the changes after logout.

I got "oh no something has gone wrong ...."

Reboot doesn't fix it.
