I'd like to disable the core functionality (throtteling block updates), without breaking what blocks are tracked. So the mod still adds blocks to the database, but doesn't track the timings and also doesn't limit them. So when the mod is later reenabled, no blocks are missing their claims.

minimal mode, that only tracks claims, but not timings and also doesn't limit timings
Describe alternatives you've considered
plain disabling the mod and never reenabling it, because it would annoy several people, that would have to claim many blocks if I reenabled the mod at a later time.
