Filters not applying to character at all

I have a preset that I only want to apply to my male Miqo'te only, but no combination of filters or no filters is stopping it from also applying to my female Miqo'te alt, which messes with other presets that I have set for her.

At the moment I have a smallclothes feet preset set to "Miqo'te" "Male" and "Self Only" set to -0.02
I also have a smallclothes feet preset set to "Miqo'te" "Female" and "Self Only" set to 0.09
When both are on, my female is sinking through the floor, when the male one is off, she's the correct height. I've changed the filters for the "Male" one to all kinds of combination and no matter what, she's stuck through the floor. Only turning this off fixes it.

I hope I've explained this well, sorry if not. I've included some screenshots to help explain it.
