Hello. Thank you for your feedback. Not sure that I understand your question. Regarding the 3d printed case, the provided alternative model contains all different 3d models for all layouts inside one Fusion 360 file, but only for one side of the keyboard. The other side which is strictly symmetrical needs to be flipped in your slicer software. Hope this will help.

Thank you for your reply! I’ve followed all the steps and successfully flashed both halves using your .uf2 file. When testing each half individually, everything works fine, including the OLED and the socket. However, when I connect the two halves together using the TRRS cable, the communication doesn’t seem to work—key presses from one side don’t register on the other.

For additional context: I tested the TRRS cable by plugging it in while the keyboard was connected to my laptop. I noticed that the MCU disconnects and reconnects briefly when I plug in the TRRS cable. Could this indicate an issue with the TRRS connection or something else? and i think my solder is good enough i check all pin.

Hi there and thank you for your message. There are sometimes confusion about this TRRS link. Here are a few points you can check.
1/ You need to make sure it is a TRRS cable with 4 poles. Also make sure it is fully inserted on both sides.
2/ Make sure your serial connection is properly set up in your firmware. This is very important as there are 3 different possible configurations. Check out my GitHub Latest News comments on this as I made an explanation on this specific subject.
3/ In case of doubt first check the continuity between the female jack pads once the cable is inserted on birth sides, then on the pins of the MCU. TX and RX pins should be symmetrical if using the 1.4 PCB meaning they should be on the same MCU pins.
