Stuff that isnt implemented or is broken

Is there a page or a file that says what is implemented, working, and/or broken listed anywhere? i have looked but i cant seem to locate anything like this, i am having people notice little things, such as some abyssea stuff isnt working, some poppable mobs do not work etc...
