The Savage mission not working

hello guys. hey i been running a private server for a couple weeks now and i did when thro good amount of mission. and now i have a couple players playing on the server. so 2 of the players got to this mission where you have to touch this glowing thing to get teleport to battle and is not doing it any more. i thing it got broke with the pass update . i not sure . have anyone else have this problem. here is the mission https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/The_Savage
