Black screen after zoning. #10076

New private server, after leveling a new character for a couple of levels, when I attempt to zone back into Southern San d'Oria. Only error I am seeing is the below from the map-server. No errors thrown in Event Viewer. [05/20/26 15:14:08:836][map][warn] Could not look up entity <694, 17719990> in zone <Southern_San_dOria (230)> (GP_CLI_COMMAND_CHARREQ::process:52) The above message repeats every couple of milliseconds until I force close the game. The game presents no error but unable to anything in the game at that point. If I create a new character with the first character that received the above issue, the same issue occurs right after character creation is complete. If I delete all characters for that account from the database, the issue goes away until I level a couple of levels then try to zone back into the city. Running latest server version and client version both updated again yesterday. issue occurs with only changing the ip address in the setting files, I have made sure the zone settings in the database match the IP the server is installed on. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. |

It's not clear from your message which CS it is but I assume it is the RoV cutscene ID 30035 which I just retested and works correctly in South San d'Oria. Do this:
Also please open an issue to report issues going forward, it is much easier to track. |

Updating the server again now. If the issues persists I will do a clean build. If continues to persist after that I will open a new issue. Thank you |
