Unable to start up AntiVPN with MariaDB

Plugin version: '6.4.13'
Server type: 'Purpur (Paper)'
Server version: '1007'

Describe the bug
AntiVPN has an error while starting the DB connection (see below for log)

Expected behavior
The plugin should startup normally

To Reproduce
1- No clue honestly. It'll work on some servers and not in others, tested with 2 identical servers.
