[Build-Tools] - Wizards don't keep values after clicking settings

When using a build tool wizard if you make a selection, click settings, close settings and return to the wizard the default values are selected.

If the source root is updated its possible (even likely) that the selection is no longer valid. We could add checks to make this work properly but it doesn't seem worth the effort atm.
