SIO model isn't quite correct

The use of SIO attributes isn't quite modelled correctly in these examples.

The correct model is:

P sio:has-attribute A
A sio:has-measurement-value MV
MV sio:has-value "blah blah"

So in these examples, the MV node is missing.
