Parameter changes

• look into what the gal_config and star_config are and if it’s possible to pull them out of dictionaries
• change the code to unpack the lephare_config dictionary into separate parameters

Basically, I changed this so that you can deal with individual parameters instead of full dicts:
The syntax is, e.g.,

lephare.GAL_LIB
gal.EM_LINES
qso.EB_V

I.e., by prefixing "xxx." to a parameter name, you set things up to pull out that parameter in a sub-dict that gets passed to lephare.
