Timeout on null test

Hi,

I am trying to make a submit PR for LePHARE

#33

Both tests including the null test are getting a URL timeout on the LSSTDESC/pz_data_challenge repo

Meanwhile they are both running on our own repository and locally

I am wondering if it is an issue with the workflow allocation or something here rather than the tests. I see the same issue on another PR
