Open3D 0.5.0.0 installation fails on RHEL8

Hi,

I encountered an error while installing Open3D v0.5.0.0 on RHEL8. So I installed version 0.9.0 instead, but I'm not sure if it is compatible with MaSIF.

Here's the error message:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement open3d==0.5.0.0 (from versions: 0.8.0.0, 0.9.0.0, 0.10.0.0, 0.11.0, 0.11.1, 0.11.2, 0.12.0, 0.13.0, 0.14.1, 0.15.2)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for open3d==0.5.0.0
