Application does not seem to work with Skype for Windows 10

I am using Skype for several years. The last years I migrated to Skype for Windows 10. Currently I am using Skype v12.1815.210.0

When I open the application I get the history of very old conversations - perhaps before migrating to windows 10 version of Skype.

Is this application supporting the newer Skype versions?
