The minimum computational specs needed are not included in the LDSSA requirements page

Goal(s):
These are, as used by the grading system:

• At least 4 CPUS
• At least 8 GB of RAM
• Admin rights to the computer to install software

Acceptance criteria:

• Requirements proposal are approved by DevOps
• Requirements are added to the wiki, on the correct page
