Adding i18n support

I would like to add a English translation of the site to the repo but I'm not sure the best way to implement i18n within the project.

Could you add i18n support? If you do, I can move all the current text to a zh-Hans.json and create a en.json file with English translations.

We’re glad you’re using our website and have submitted this issue!

Since this site is mainly aimed for Simplified Chinese (China mainland) users, we won’t be supporting multiple languages in the short term (about six months to a year). However, we are already discussing the possibility of adding an i18n support. If you willing to wait, until our discussion is finished and the development team has the bandwidth, we’ll start working on i18n support.

Of course, if you’re familiar with our project, we can set up a i18n demo for you. This would show how to implement i18n support in our project, along with a CODE OF CONDUCT. With this, you could take the lead on implementing i18n support, and we will list your name and GitHub profile on the project’s core contributors.

If you could setup an i18n demo that would be great, I wasn't sure the best way to implement i18n given that the site is primary for one language. Most i18n systems add a site.com/[zh-Hans]/etc site.com/[en]/etc for SEO, however I wasn't sure if SEO was important in other languages since the content is user added and would mostly be in Simplified Chinese regardless. (In the case of forks, if they changed the default interface language the content would still primarily be added in one language).

Sure! You’ve been very thoughtful. After our discussion, we’ve decided to integrate i18n into the website. However, this will require your further support and regarding the technical details and implementation methods of i18n.

For now I'm just working on a English TL of the existing site text for later use. I've finished about 70/297 files (without including API related strings for now).

It will still take me awhile as I will need to go through the site again once I have a TL finished to make sure everything sounds natural where its used.
