Selecting SFX inconsistencies.

When using the SFX tab. If you select the SFX but then switch your character emote, it resets the selection and the SFX isn't selected anymore and resets your position on the list.

Also if preanim isn't selected but a SFX is, the SFX does not play but the pre anim checkbox resets to selected after the message is sent.
