1839500092 is the unsigned 32 bit integer representation of 10429434684 when considering wrap-around.

(That's just an observation. I just checked a file with a .bin >4GB and a corresponding buffer, and it seems to work, with the usual hassle of Node being restricted to 4GB files to begin with)
