Closing resetting counts

Every time I close the program any counts I have interacted with reset down to 0. The txt document keeps the right amount written down until DCSB opens when it goes back down as well

Been using this for years, only started a couple weeks back

Hey @DarkImpulse12 , I have fixed the issue on my own fork, since the current maintainer does not seem to maintain this project any longer. You can find it here: https://github.com/independentvar/DCSB/releases/tag/v4.3.4.0

Fix:

1. Build the pattern with Regex.Escape on the format before substituting the {0} placeholder.
2. Accept an optional minus sign and trailing whitespace when parsing.
3. Skip the write-back in the File setter when the content could not be parsed, so unparsable files are never clobbered (the error is still surfaced via Counter.Error).
