Can I get this to work in Discord? If so, how?

I've been looking for a soundboard that's completely free for forever to use in Discord, but none of them actually go through. If someone could help me, that would be appreciated.

k just install voicemeeter banana
now open the sounds menu

go to record, and select you microphone
go to options
go to hear

and then in play using this device put the input (Cable input (VB-Audio)

now open voicemeeter put your microphone
in the first device
adn 2nd device put the output if you dont have the output here is the link:

i forget open DCSB open settings and setup the devices like this
