Issue description

Config.json is not automaticially created

Steps to reproduce the issue

Follow Readme instructions 1-3.

What's the expected result?

While running ./bot.py once, there should be a config.json created in the root directory (./) of the Bot.
See Instructions from the Readme below:
3. Run ./bot.py once to create a config file

What's the actual result?

No Config.json File is being created.
