Has anyone tested using the PMEM 100 or 200 series ram as a storage? If two copies are fast, 12 copies should be very very fast.
There are 512GB PEM 100 and 200 modules, and those work on systems like the HP Z8 G4, so long as you have an Intel Platinum CPU ... there are far cheaper rack systems too. I have yet to try it on mine, but I suspect the results might be astounding for such an old system. I have 128GB modules, so not sure if it would be the ideal setup, but will look into if I can assemble multiple modules.
