[Documentation] Update HF link in README

The README still points to https://huggingface.co/mateogrgic/GLM-5.2-colibri-int4-with-int8-mtp. According to #455 and #579 and others, this is outdated and https://huggingface.co/mastouri/GLM-5.2-colibri-int4-g64-with-int8-mtp should be used. Please update the README to avoid unnecessary frustration by newcomers (like myself) and unnecessary internet traffic.

Fixed and shipped. Every user-facing doc now points to the group-scaled (gs64) container:

Updated the English README plus the zh-CN / zh-TW / it variants, both docker READMEs, and docs/quickstart.md. The English README also explains why gs64 over the older per-row mirror (mateogrgic/…, jlnsrk/…): those measure ~9pp worse on quality and are the root cause of the think-mode loops and never-terminating generations in #455 — the gs64 container cured every failing case there. The int8-MTP-head check (#8) is kept.
