Graph directory does not exist error

While running starbase I am getting the above mentioned error. For reference I am attaching a screenshot.
@adam-in-ict can you please help overcoming this issue

I'm facing the same error along with "Integration requires read access to organization members" even though I have provided the read access in the Github app.
