Using with Opencode, it refuses to change files

What happen
Instead of changing files, it just says thing like "let's patch", "let's craft", "now patch file add". But nothing happens. It refuses to change code.

Expected
It should change code as normal.

Got:   "let's patch..."
Want:  **does x**
