show hits on specific pages

hi i used code to get page url in page name field now i want to show hits on that page, what code i can use to show hits o page? as url are variables and all are passed through same php file so i want a code which match url with the url in mysql database and show total visits of that url

issue resolved but when i am opening same page again and again, it is increasing counter i want to show only unique visits, what to do?
