New release?

Please could you do a new release of ASE.jl so that the slow loading due to __precompile__(false) goes away? I see this has already been fixed in master.

This is not at all urgent as I realised I can just do ] dev ASE to use the development version, but still would be nice to do a release at some point.

wow I don't think I ever missed an issue for more than a year :( - sorry. I'll try to take care of it at the same time as #23
