I run “uvx .....” outside codex, problem seems solved but still can not see /imreview

Root cause confirmed from the screenshots:

1. The first uvx startup exceeded Codex's MCP startup timeout.
2. Running uvx manually only warmed the package cache; it did not install the skill.
3. In Codex, skills are invoked as $imreview, not /imreview.

After it is merged, pull the latest main, rerun install.cmd, restart Codex, confirm the MCP with /mcp and the skill with /skills, then use:

$imreview <PR URL>
