What should a developer do to contribute to our copilot project.
For example, What rules should I know if I want to add a mcp named "/imresearch" to obtain all new daily information related to InferMatrix bussiness.

This was addressed by #35. The contributor entrypoint is now DEVELOPMENT.md, which covers the documentation map, code map, common change locations, validation commands, and runtime boundaries.

For the example in this issue: a slash entry such as /imresearch is an Agent Skill/command (like /imreview), while any backing MCP tool belongs in thin_mcp_server.py or mcp_server.py; reusable workflow steps belong under playbooks/ and engine/steps/, and domain rules belong under knowledge/. The exact routing and minimum tests are listed in the guide.
