How to "Automatically activate and return Unity Editor license"?

How do I make use of or configure this feature? For example, how to I specific which Unity Editor license (aka serial number) I want to activate and/or return?

I see a screenshot of exactly what I'm looking for, but I don't know how to get to it:

It's a Build Feature tool, you can find it under the Build Features section when editing a build configuration. Just click add build feature and it's called Unity build settings
