Pm system dont seem to work MyBot (1.5)

i run steam log in on my forums so im not sure if that is why.

but when a new member signs up they dont get a pm.

i want them to change emails from the steam accounts to there real email. so i got the bot to pm new users so they can do that. but it dont seem to work.

can you look in to it? if its steam and you want to get paid i can do that too.
im not very good with mybb yet

Hi, is the account used for mybot able to send pms especially has the usergroup right to do so?
