There is a lack of version specifications in the web cam monitor tracker requirements. It was not an issue until recently, when mediapipe got it's API reworked from solutions to tasks.
Unfortunately, I cannot fix the requirements myself; your script is designed for windows, while I have a linux machine and cannot verify which configuration works.
