"no module named 'torch' "

I followed every step and when i try to boot up the bot it gives me this error in the title...
i tried to pip install torch but it is already installed

Edit: and "52a702409d76cd648be55a33de42aab188d676d9bfd23b5ef2ab5a8588c673c0 yfcc_upscaler_2.ckpt" gave me an error too: command not found iirc
