Hello, I managed to configure JKSV with Google Drive, but I don't know why the save files don't automatically appear on my Drive. However, when I do it manually, I can see them, so I have the impression that JKSV can't save like the Nintendo cloud does, unless I'm missing a step. By the way, I enabled the option that is disabled by default.
