Noxesium doesn't seem to be detected when switching on a proxy.

No idea why this happens, but I explicitly am on 1.21.11 latest version of noxesium, and the latest publicly released build of NoxesiumAPI.

When I attempted to use NoxesiumAPI on a proxy network, it seems that Noxesium doesn't initalize.

I have verified it SHOULD work. I used the noxesium script on the github example directly, with the only modification adding an on join event to set all the noxesium rules
