Errors in Log

Hi

Have started getting the following errors:

DSC Alarm Error Error in plugin execution runConcurrentThread:

type: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xa3 in position 4: invalid start byte

DSC Alarm Error plugin runConcurrentThread function returned or failed (will attempt again in 10 seconds)

DSC Alarm Error Checksum did not match on a received packet.

Any ideas?

You are getting this error because the plugin is receiving a readPacket with a character that is not part of UTF-8. 0xa3 is the ASCII value from '£'. I have no idea why you would be receiving this character. Are you using the '£' character anywhere in the plugin (usernames, passwords etc)? What are you doing when you get this error message? Did you make any changes to the plugin settings that suddenly cause this error?
