Feature Request - Mechanical User/Bonemealer

I've been trying to make a tree farm recently exclusively using blocks from this mod/base Minecraft, and it gets me almost there except I can't automate using bonemeal on a sapling. Some sort of block that works similar to the XU2 Mechanical User by left/right clicking the block in front of with/without an item in its inventory would be nice.

Alternatively another block that works to exclusively fertilise the block in front of it would be great

If the Mechanical User is implemented, a tag to white/blacklist items from being used by it would also be great

If I understand how to implement it, then I'll make it as it's been on the feature list for awhile. However i guess it'd be kind of difficult because i'd need to imitate player. However for this specific case you could just use dispenser with bonemeal. It works :)
