Line breaks after <bibl>s again

We're having an issue similar to #113 . Line breaks are being inserted right after the book icon of <bibl>s in Chrome and Edge, but not in Firefox. If it were just Edge, I feel like we could ignore it, but if Chrome is being dumb, I think we should try to figure this out. For comparison, here's the XML and screenshots from Firefox, Chrome, and Edge for the bottom of 1r in ALCH00136

Sorry for the late response again!
This issue is more complicated than it looks. In order to render the book icons, a certain plug-in is used. The web inspector of Chrome indicates that Chrome fails to load the plug-in. Therefore, that might not be something I can fix. The only hope is to install a new version of the plug-in on the webapp. I can try to do it when I have time.
