Protocol v1.2.1:
Currently, the two fields "simpleFilename" and "filename" are described in Part 3 and included in the IHerbSpec Metadata Spreadsheet but they are not listed in the metadata tables in Part 4. Should they be in there? I cannot remember if we discussed this previously
