The CP2102N USB to UART bridge on the Mona ESP V2.2 requires drivers for Windows 11. Installing the drivers from Pololu (https://www.pololu.com/docs/0j7/all) worked in my case. I assume the drivers can also be obtained from Silicon Labs directly (https://www.silabs.com/software-and-tools/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers?tab=downloads) but unfortunately I can't roll back to test which one is required!
