`orchestrate agents list` exception

I have a regular Cloud account but I'm joined to the  watsonx orchestrate hackathon.

I have no Agents.

When I try `orchestrate agents list` instead of an empty list I get:

$ orchestrate agents list
AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'get'

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

```
